Cumbre Verified Classification
A full Cumbre Verified Classification means that a property has been evaluated according to the internal criteria catalogue and has received a Diamond level and, where applicable, category badges.

Cumbre Verified Local Listing
A Cumbre Verified Local Listing means that the property has passed a basic existence and provider check and may appear on the platform, even if the owner or provider has not yet chosen a full Diamond classification.

Cumbre Verified brings selected holiday properties together in one refined overview. Guests can search, compare quality signals, view locations and discover which provider is responsible for the final booking.
Platforms like Airbnb and Booking remain important — that's where most properties are found and where owners maintain their calendars. Cumbre Verified adds a local overview on top: an automatic calendar sync shows at a glance which house or apartment is free at what time — without searching individual websites one by one.

How classification works
Submission
Owners and providers submit their property for classification or a local listing.
Preliminary
An initial classification is assigned based on submitted information.
Verified
On-site evaluation confirms the final Diamond classification.
Reassessment
Properties are periodically reassessed to maintain the standard.
Quality signals beyond diamonds
Each badge is awarded as part of the classification process, adding context to the Diamond level.
Using the Cumbre Verified certificate
After a successful Cumbre Verified Classification, the provider may receive a certificate showing the awarded Diamond level and category badges. The certificate and classification symbols may be used for property presentation and marketing purposes, for example on own websites, property exposés, PDF presentations, social media, email offers, agency presentations, property detail pages, external listing pages and common booking platforms, where permitted by the respective platform rules.
Cumbre Verified does not replace guest reviews or platform-specific ratings. It is an independent property classification and quality signal.
Detailed criteria catalogue
The full Cumbre Verified criteria catalogue — including detailed evaluation areas, minimum requirements, preparation checklists and requirements for higher Diamond levels — is available to registered owners, agencies and property managers with approved access.
